Reviewing reverse auction lines

  1. Select Manage Events.
  2. Select the Open tab.
  3. Click the Analyze link in the Bid Responses column.
    The Sourcing Event Analysis page is displayed.
  4. On the Response Analysis view the Responses By Line section. Lines set for reverse auction show an alert next to the supplier response or responses that are the lowest.
    The buyer is not required to award the event line to the lowest bid. There can be other factors such as weighting that influence the award decision.
