Award output

When you generate award output, these actions occur:

• A purchase order is created for an event or for an event line.
• Or a contract is created in Contract Management.

Before you can generate output from the Responses By Line tab, supplier line responses must be awarded and event lines must be approved. They must be in a Pending Output status.

After event lines have been approved and awarded, output can be generated. Select the Responses By Supplier tab or a Compare Responses page.
