Award responses

In Strategic Sourcing, a buyer can add a response on behalf of a supplier on the Buyer home page. A buyer should not use their buyer sign in to access the Supplier Portal.

Only registered suppliers can respond to an event. You may be required to register the supplier through the Supplier Setup menu.

For sealed-bid events, create a manual response after the response period close date and before the award process.
