Scheduling the recommendations engine

Run the recommendations engine to create recommendations for inventory items. Each time this process is performed, old recommendations and manual overrides are replaced with new recommendations. The recommendations engine can be run manually or on a schedule.

  1. Sign in as Application Administrator or Supply Management Administrator and click Inventory Intelligence > Configuration.
  2. Click Recommendations Engine.
  3. Click OK to run immediately or click Schedule and complete the form to schedule the action. You can specify whether to receive email notification when the engine run completes or fails.
    The scheduled action is displayed in My Actions.
  4. Click Engine Process Results to see information for processed engine runs.
