External supplier contacts and emails
Contact record for suppliers
- Users with the supply management administrator and buyer role can add a contact record. An email is sent to the supplier with a link to a registration page. The supplier registers credentials for their account.
- suppliers can self-register and access the Supplier Portal home page using a link. The supplier registers an account with their credentials.
Emails for suppliers
Receivables administrators and managers can update email addresses for external supplier. When the email is used to sign in, the sign-in information is also updated.
When the email address is updated, an email is sent to the supplier about the change with instructions to use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page.
