Setting up the template keyword search for RSS

Initially, you must run this utility to set up the template search keywords for the procurement group. When you create new templates or update existing templates, you must re-run this utility. To avoid re-running it manually on every template update, schedule this utility to run on regular basis. You may require that it automatically run hourly or daily.

  1. Select Supply Management > Supply Management Setup > Utilities > Recreate Template Search Keywords.
  2. Select a procurement group.
  3. Click OK to process now or Schedule to schedule the process to run later.
    All templates and template lines are added to the template search keywords.
  4. To verify that keywords were loaded successfully, follow these steps:
    1. Open RSS.
    2. Search for one of your templates on shopping list page.
    3. Verify that the keyword search returns the results that you expect.
