Configuring anonymous viewing

Use this procedure to allow non-registered suppliers to view contracts and events anonymously.
  1. Select Supply Management > Supply Management Setup > Groups And Companies > Supplier Groups.
  2. Open a supplier group record.
  3. On the Anonymous Portal Access tab, specify this information:
    Display Events To All
    Select this check box to display events for anonymous viewing.
    Display Contracts To All
    Select this check box to display contracts for anonymous viewing.
  4. Click Save.
