Contract templates

Contract templates contain related contract information and are used to define reusabl3 information for a contract. Contract templates are used for reviewing, negotiating, and updating contract terms. Contract templates are similar to contracts with these exceptions:

• Specific information can be reused for multiple contracts
• They are stored in the repository to be reused.

During setup, you select the contract group and provide a description. When you create a contract from a contract template, the default information from the template is used on the new contract. You can add or change the information as required.
