Creating hazard codes

Inventory manufacturer codes are used to identify the manufacturer of the item. Manufacturer codes can be assigned a GLN in global location number.
  1. Select Supply Management > Supply Management Setup > Inventory Control > Hazard Codes.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Item Group
    Select an item group.
    Hazard Code and Description
    Specify a code and description. You can assign hazard codes to inventory items that are potentially dangerous.
  4. Click Save.
