Creating supplier group questions

Use this procedure to add questions for suppliers to answer during the supplier registration process.

  1. Select Supply Management > Supply Management Setup > Groups and Companies > Supplier Groups.
  2. Open a supplier group record.
  3. On the Questions tab, click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Question Text
    Provide the supplier question.
    Response Type
    Select the response type to the supplier question.
    Allow Attachment Upload With Answer
    Select the check box to allow attachments in answering supplier questions.
    Response Rules
    Select the response rules to the supplier question.
    Only Required For Suppliers Who Register After This Date
    When you select a date, suppliers who register after the specified date will be required to answer this question.
    Attachment
    Select the attachment to upload.
  5. Click Save.
