Creating supplier group questions
Use this procedure to add questions for suppliers to answer during the supplier registration process.
- Select Supply Management > Supply Management Setup > Groups and Companies > Supplier Groups.
- Open a supplier group record.
- On the Questions tab, click Create.

Specify this information:
- Question Text
- Provide the supplier question.
- Response Type
- Select the response type to the supplier question.
- Allow Attachment Upload With Answer
- Select the check box to allow attachments in answering supplier questions.
- Response Rules
- Select the response rules to the supplier question.
- Only Required For Suppliers Who Register After This Date
- When you select a date, suppliers who register after the specified date will be required to answer this question.
- Attachment
- Select the attachment to upload.
- Click Save.
