Creating responders and coordinators
- Select Supply Management > Supply Management Setup > Item Lifecycle Management > Responders And Coordinators.
- Click Create.
- Select the Organization, the Item Lifecycle Management Group, and specify a unique User code.

Specify this information.
- Coordinator
- Select this check box if the user is a coordinator.
- Proposed Item Reviewer
- Select this check box if the user is a proposed item reviewer.

In the User Information section, specify this information:
- Reference 1
- Use this field to specify additional user defined information.
- Reference 2
- Use this field to specify additional user defined information.
- Job Title
- Specify a job title.
- Item Lifecycle Management Supervisor
- If supervisor is specified, then it is used for Task Monitoring if tasks are overdue and escalations are selected.
- In the User Defaults for Resolutions section, specify values in any fields that always use a default value.

Click Save.
A numeric user ID is assigned to the user.
