My Shopping lists
A shopping list is a predefined procurement template. This shopping list is defined on Procurement Templates. Before you use the shopping lists, you must set up procurement templates. The shopping lists that are viewable are determined by participants.
Shopping lists include items that are frequently ordered. Using a template makes ordering such items quick and efficient. In addition, shopping lists can be used when creating requisitions.
To add specials to a shopping list in Requisitions, you must select the Allow Special Items On Templates check box on the Procurement Group.
