Enabling catalog search options

Use this procedure to enable catalog search, set the page size, and the search sort order.

  1. Access the Requester or Inventory Company.
  2. Select the RSS tab.
  3. In the Requisition Self-Service Display Options section, specify this information:
    Catalog Search
    Select whether to show or hide. Controls whether the Filter Items widget is available in the Catalog Search.
    Catalog Search Page Size
    Controls the number of items per page to display for catalog search results. Used with the Catalog Search control.
    Catalog Search Sort Order
    Controls the default order of search results. Used with the Catalog Search control:
    • Cost
    • Item
    • Item Description
    • Preferred Contract, Contract
    • Preferred Contract, Contract, Cost
  4. Click Save.
