Creating the requisition for an implant device procedure

Use this task to create a requisition for procedure information defaults for an implant procedure.

  1. Sign in as Requester, and select Create Requisition.
  2. Complete the requisition as usual.
    See Manually creating requisitions.
  3. On the Procedure Information Defaults tab, complete the Visit and Order Information.
  4. Click Save.
  5. To add lines to the requisition, select the Lines tab and click Create.
  6. On the Procedure Information tab, specify the lot and serial number values for a requisition line.

    The Procedure Information tab on the requisition line is only available to a requester if the requester’s Allow Display of Procedure Info field is selected
