Performing picking, packing, or shipping feedback online

  1. Select Warehouse Processing > Shipments
  2. On the Printed tab, open a shipment record.
  3. You can define additional shipment information on the Main tab in the Additional Shipment Information section.
  4. On the Lines tab, if there are no quantity changes, then the Finish button assigns the line's open quantity to the in process quantity. Open the line item, and specify the feedback numbers that are the actual quantities either picked, packed, or shipped.
    Note:  If you do not specify the required detail tracking information, then an error message is displayed for the Bin, Lot, or Serial tracked items.
  5. On the Lines tab, click a line to highlight it.
  6. Click the Actions button and specify one of these line actions:
    Backorder
    Backorder the difference between the open and in-process quantities and complete the picking, packing, and shipping quantities later.
    Overship
    Select the overship line action to record more feedback than it is originally defined on the shipment line up to the document line total quantity.
    Update
    Select to open the line for updating.
    Void
    Void the line quantity. If you void the line, the quantity is reduced and is not printed on a subsequent pick list.
    Delete
    Delete the line feedback record. The order line quantity remains allocated and is eligible to print on a subsequent pick list.
