Protected health information (PHI)

Any company that deals with protected health information (PHI) must ensure that all of the required physical, network, and process security measures are in place and followed.

The PHI fields are Visit Number, Medical Record Number, Case ID, Patient Name, Birthday, Gender, SSN. PHI field values are saved on the PatientProcedure table. Non-PHI fields on the Procedure Information tab are saved on the Requisition/PO table. This key cannot be used during personalization.
