Voucher chronology
A report of transactions by sequential number is required by businesses to ensure
that the transactions are fully accounted.
A separate report is required for audit purposes and different formats for the sequential number may exist for specific countries. In several countries, the report is a statutory requirement.
There is no restriction on running the voucher chronology and users can run the process at any time. Voucher numbers are re-sequenced every time the voucher chronology is processed.
