Payment types
These are the types of payments:
- Assigned cash
Assigned cash is a receipt where a customer has been selected, but the payment has not been applied to open items.
- Unassigned cash
Unassigned cash is a receipt that has not been assigned to a customer.
- Unapplied cash
Unapplied cash is the released payment assigned to a customer that are unapplied or partially applied to open items. Released or open payments can be unapplied, partially, or fully applied.
- Non-accounts receivable cash
Non-accounts receivable cash is the receipt that is not associated with a customer or invoiced item.
