Selecting customers for review
A workflow trigger is used
to notify the credit analyst through email that customers have been selected for credit
review.
- Select Customer Review Selection.
- Select Company or Company Group, but not both.

Specify this information:
- Report Option
- Select whether the report is for company level only or for company and national account.
- Include Open Review Dates
- Select Include open review dates to include customers with open review dates.
- Risk Code
- Specify a risk code to limit the customers selected to those assigned a specific risk code. The risk code is used as a selection option within the other selection options.
- Major Class
- Select a major to create statements for customers that have assigned in Customer.
- Minor Class
- Select a class to create statements for customers that have assigned in Customer.
- Percent of Limit
- Specify a percent value to select customers that have reached their credit limit percentage. The process multiplies that value with the percentage limit that is specified in Customer to calculate the customer's percentage of credit limit.
- Include Open Orders
- Select Include open orders to include open orders with the current balance for the Percent of Limit comparison.
- Past Due Company Amount
- Specify the past due amount to limit the customers that are selected to those that exceed this past due amount for the past due period.
- Past Due National Account
- Specify the past due amount to limit the national account customers selected to those that exceed this past due amount for the past due period.
- Past Due Period
- Select the first customer static aging period to include for the past due amount calculation.
- Credit Analyst
- Select a credit analyst to notify.
- Purge File
- Select whether to delete the resolved or unresolved records from the work file.
- In the Report Distribution section, select a distribution list and an export type for Customer Review Selection Report.
- Click Submit.
