For final notifications, two print files are created by this process, a final notification file and a banner page. This process selects prenoted open items for final notification if these actions are used:
- The open item has been prenoted. If a customer has not selected a prenote, then all open items are prenoted. They conditionally display on the notification form according to the Prenotification field.
- The open item due date is greater than or equal to the processing start date and the due date is less than or equal to the processing end date.
- The EFT action indicates that a record is added for this EFT processing run.
- A postponed open item is now eligible.
