Adding disputed transactions

  1. Select Invoices.
  2. On the Invoices tab, select an invoice record.
  3. Select Actions > Create Dispute.
  4. Specify this information:
    Dispute Amount
    Specify a dispute amount.
    Dispute Code
    Select a dispute code.
    Dispute Date
    Select a dispute date.
    Description
    Optionally, provide a description.
  5. Click Submit.

    Disputed transactions are included in automatic cash application. You can also transfer a disputed transaction to another customer.
