Writing off customer transactions
Use this procedure to create a full or partial
transaction writeoff. If multiple reasons, amounts, or accounts are required, use the
Writeoff action. Otherwise, you can perform the Quick Writeoff action.
- Sign in as Receivables Specialist or Receivables Manager.
- Select .
- On the Customer Transaction Writeoff tab, select a company record.
- Select a record and select or select .
- Optionally, click the button to create company customer comments.
