Reviewing customer credit information

Use this procedure to view credit information for a customer. You can view open transactions by either a company customer or a national account customer selection.

  1. Sign in as Receivables Specialist, Receivables Manager, or Credit and Collection Specialist.
  2. Select Analysis.
  3. Select the Credit Review tab.
  4. Select a customer.
  5. Use the tabs on the side to view transaction data.
    • Main:

      Click the Comments button to add comments for customers, transactions, and order entry.

    • Credit:

      View balances, credit limits, payment terms, and other credit-related information.

    • Activity:

      View last payment date, dispute amounts, and other late payment information.

    • Contact:

      View customer contact information.

    • Aging:

      View customer payment aging information.

    • Detail:

      View transaction details.

    • Amounts:

      View write offs, chargebacks, credit memos, paid amounts, sales amounts, and earned and unearned discounts by period.

    • Trends:

      View invoice payment averages and days beyond terms.
