Viewing receipts that are ready to archive

Use this procedure to view and search for purchase order receipts that are in the ready to archive status.

  1. Select Manage Receiving > Receiving.
  2. Select the Ready To Archive tab. A list of receipts that are ready to archive is displayed.
  3. Use the first row to filter on available fields.
  4. You can perform these actions on receipts that are ready to archive:
    • Create
    • Receive All
