Creating procurement card users
A procurement card user can
be an administrator or proxy user.
- Select Manage Procurement Cards > Setup > Procurement Card Setup.
- On the Procurement Card Users tab, click Create.

Specify this information:
- Organization
- Select an organization.
- Procurement Group
- Select a procurement group. A procurement group is a group of companies that share a common procurement effort. They buy items and services together.
- Procurement Card User
- Select a name for the procurement card user.
- Reference 1 and 2
- Specify up to two references.
- Administrator
- Select this check box if the user is an administrator.
- Proxy User
- Select this check box if the user is a proxy user.
- Note
- Optionally, provide a note.
- Click Save.
