Adding multiple distributions to a purchase order line

Use this procedure to create multiple distributions for non-inventory items. Non-inventory items are non-stock, special, or service items.

  1. Select Manage Purchase Orders.
  2. Open a purchase order record.
  3. On the Lines tab, open a line record for a non-inventory item.
  4. On the Distributions tab, click Create.
  5. Specify the distribution account details.
