Searches

These tabs are available on the Searches menu for Project Accountants, Project Administrators, and Project Managers.

To search for specific records, click the Filter icon to show the search fields and specify criteria by which to narrow the search.

Transaction Shows all Global Ledger transactions, regardless of status. GlobalLedgerTransaction n/a
Transaction Detail Shows all Global Ledger transactions regardless of status. GLTransactionDetail Definitions for each status in the Billed column:
  • Unprocessed: Invoices have not been calculated.
  • Invoiced: Draft invoices have been created.
  • Processed: Invoices are journalized.
  • Distributed: New transactions were created by the journalize process.
Transaction Detail Search Shows the same columns and data as the Transaction Detail tab. Contains additional fields for searching. n/a n/a
Project Contract Transaction Detail Shows all Global Ledger transactions by project contract. Search for all unbilled or unrecognized transactions by a project contract, billing method, revenue method, and posting project. GLTransactionDetail This list only includes posting projects that are on project contracts.
Project Personnel Transaction Detail Shows all posting projects where the user has an active project personnel record. Select a project to view the associated global ledger transactions. GLTransactionDetail
