Creating service definitions for labor distribution and redistribution approval errors

When labor is submitted for approval, and a No service definition processes found for criteria for service error occurs, you can verify that the service definition is enabled.

Use this procedure to verify or to create the service definition process for labor distribution and redistribution

  1. Sign in as Process Server Administrator.
  2. Select Configuration > Service Definitions.
  3. Open the LaborDistributionApproval or the LaborRedistributionApproval service.
  4. On the Processes tab, verify that the Service Process Is Enabled field on the LaborDistributionProcessApproval or the LaborRedistributionApprovalprocess definition is Yes. If there is no process definition on the list, then create one.
  5. To create a process definition, click Create and specify this information:
    Process Definition
    Specify LaborDistributionApproval or LaborRedistributionApproval.
    Service Process Is Enabled
    Select this check box to enable labor distribution approval.
  6. In the criteria name fields, specify criteria names for this process.
  7. Click Save.
