Tracking project program income using funding sources

Optionally, you can track program income using funding sources. Tracking via funding sources requires more maintenance to keep project contract funding source amounts and budget amounts in sync.

For every program income Non-AR Cash Payment, update these systems:

  1. Receivables: Specify Non-AR Cash Payment in receivables and specify revenue distribution to the appropriate project, account, funding source and (optional) fund.
  2. Budgets: Specify Budget Scenario Change Request to reflect program income impact to the budget data amounts.
  3. Project Contracts: Specify Project Contract Modifications to reflect program income impact to project contract funding source amounts.
