Assigning project report settings to employee group

Report settings can be assigned a group of employees. After you assign report settings to an actor, the settings are displayed in each report where report settings are applicable.

  1. Select Reports By Actor.
  2. On the Project Obligations tab, select a report settings record.
  3. To assign a setting, click Assign Reporting Settings To Employee Group.
    To delete a setting, click Delete Reporting Settings By Employee Group
  4. Select an Actor Group.
  5. Click Submit.
