Requesting receivables customers

New customers must be evaluated for credit before they can be approved. The approver updates missing or incorrect details, gives their approval, and then the record is created. The customer must be assigned to a receivable company before selecting the customer when adding a funding source.

  1. Sign in as Project Accountant, and select Project Receivables.
  2. Click theĀ Request New Receivable Customer action.
  3. Select the priority and the date by which the new posting must be completed.
  4. Complete the form.
    Address
    Specify the required address fields. The customer name and address are used to validate the customer and review their credit history.
  5. Click Submit.

    The request is routed for approval.
