Emailing invoices
An invoice can be emailed after it has been created or journalized.
- Sign in as Project Accountant, Project Administrator, or Project Manager.
- Select Project Contracts.
- Select the Invoices tab.
- Select one or more invoices with the View Invoice button next to it and select Actions > Email Invoice.

Specify this information:
- From Email
- Specify the email address that the invoice is coming from. The default value is the email specified on the project structure.
- To Email
- Specify the email address to send the invoice to. The default value is the email specified on the project funding bill to email address.
- Click Submit.
