Viewing details for effort variance

Differences between total certified and actual percentage by employee for an effort period is displayed. The averages for the labor periods, rounded to nearest tenth of a percent, are displayed in the Actual Labor column. This value is compared to effort that is specified in certification. Only the differences are displayed.

  1. Sign in as Project Accountant or Project Certifier.
  2. For Project Accountant, select Project Management > Effort Certification.
    For Project Certifier, select Employees Effort Certification.
  3. Select the Effort Variance tab.
  4. To view a list of employees where effort and actual percentages are different, select an effort schedule and period.
