Refreshing budget totals

If a project contract has a budget scenario on it, the budget amount must be refreshed if a change was made to the budget. Refresh Budget Totals recalculates the total budget and budget remaining. If you change the budget scenario and save the record, the total budget and budget remaining are recalculated.
