Creating historical project contract percent complete

You can track the percent that is complete on all project contracts. Percent complete must be calculated on some project contracts in order to recognize revenue. Tracking history by date is required for other project contracts to measure progress by percentage of the budget that is completed.
  1. Select Reports By Actor.
  2. Select the Contract Percent Complete tab and select reporting settings for which to display the contract percent complete. Click Contract Percent Complete.
  3. Select one or more contracts for which to perform the percent complete action.
  4. Select Actions > Create Project Contract Percent Complete.
  5. Specify this information:
    Description
    Provide a description for the historical project contract percent complete record.
    Percent Complete Date
    Specify the date for the record. Only one record can exist for each date. If this action is run multiple times for the same date, then the previous record with the same date is overwritten by the new record.
  6. Click Submit.
