Payables distribution search

Use this procedure to look up invoice distributions and view all distributions.

  1. Sign in as Payables Manager and select Run Processes > Search Distributions.
  2. Use the filter fields to narrow your results.
  3. The line details are distributions records for invoices. You can click the invoice number to view the invoice.
  4. Use the Create and Release Invoice action to open a distribution page.
