Expense invoices

When you create expense invoices, you provide the basic information that is required to pay a vendor and track that payment.

Basic information includes invoice number, invoice amount, and the terms of payment. You can also provide predefined rebate information that originates from Contract Management on an invoice.

This list contains the setup tasks that must be completed before you can create and manage invoices:

  • Currency
  • Company
  • Tax
  • Vendor structure
  • Payables codes
  • Invoice approval
