Commitment report

Use this procedure to show all commitments and encumbrances records that are created from various subsystems. The information in this report are the records from GL Commit Document, GL Commit, and GL Commit History business classes. It is only available when commitment records exist.

  1. Select My Reports > Commitments And Encumbrances Report.
  2. This list shows the available panes::
    • Commitments And Encumbrances Documents

      The header information of the subsystem document. Examples for these are Purchasing, Payables or Requisitions. The drill-down to the source document shows additional information about the document. Records that are displayed are from the GL Commit Document business class.

    • Commitments And Encumbrances

      This pane contains the commitment records that are created from each distribution detail associated with the document. The drill-down to the source distribution shows additional information about the distribution record. Records are from GL Commit business class.

    • Commitment And Encumbrance History

      This pane contains the history of updates for each commitment record. Records are from the GL Commit History business class.
