Viewing Journal Reference Numbers

The Global Ledger Journal Reference report is a sequential list of journals for a reporting basis. It is created using the Assign Journal Reference Number action in Processing > Reporting Basis > Reporting Basis. You must select the Assign Journal Reference check box in the reporting basis definition. This report functionality is available depending on your configuration.

Select My Reports > Journal Reference Report.
Select the applicable reporting basis and click Open.
To filter journal entries, click the search toolbar icon, select values in the fields you want to filter, and press the Enter key.
For example, select a period to view reference numbers for all journal entries for that period.
To search for reference numbers based on selected criteria, click the Search tab, select the criteria, and click Search.
To export the filtered or unfiltered list to a CSV file, select Options > Export To CSV.
To generate a PDF file of the filtered or unfiltered list, select Options > Print To PDF.
To personalize the list, select Options > Personalized. You can change the order of fields, remove fields, or add fields.
