Setting allocation lines to active

Records that are imported from earlier versions of the software do not contain an active field. Use this action to set all allocation lines to active after an import.

  1. Import the allocation line data from an earlier version.
  2. Select Processing > Allocations > Utilities > Set All Lines Active.
  3. On the Schedule page, click OK or schedule the action to run later.
  4. To verify that the action has completed, Select My Account > My Actions.
  5. Use these steps to verify that the allocation lines are active after the Set All Lines Active action is complete:
    1. Select Processing > Allocations > Allocation Control.
    2. Select the Actuals or Budget tab and open an allocation control record.
    3. Open the allocation record and select the Lines tab and verify that Active field on the lines are set to Yes.
