Transactions for selective activation

The Transactions For Selective Activation records are created when there is an active, selective template. If there is an active selective template, then the system logs all unique account strings that a selective template has edited.

When the selective template is re-activated, or another selective template is activated, the system uses the records to determine which budget groups get created if the option “Generate Budget Groups From Transaction History” is selected.

The Prune action allows you to purge the records. If selective templates are no longer used, you must perform this action.

The Access count is the number of times the accounting string was accessed during transaction creation, update, delete, selective template activation, and selective template process pending.
