Creating line override groups

You can use this procedure to create line override groups for both allocation control records and allocation records.
  1. Select Processing > Allocations and select Group Override List or Allocation Control.
  2. On the Actuals tab, open an allocation control record.
  3. On the Allocations tab, open an allocation record.
  4. On the Lines tab, open an allocation line with the From Post Option or To Post Option set to Split and the override type set to Group Override List.
  5. On the From Mapping or To Mapping tab, select the Line Override Group List field.
  6. Click Create.
  7. Specify a name and description for the Allocation Line Override Set.
  8. Click Save.
  9. On the Details tab, click Create and specify the line override posting elements.
  10. Click Save.
