Rebuilding organization pairs

Accounting entity and accounting unit pairs are created when accounting units are added to accounting entities. Run this action to rebuild relations between accounting entities and accounting units. For example, if you removed the setup for finance structure relations, then you can create a new structure relation with the original description. The relations are rebuilt when you run this utility.
