Rebuilding ledger entity pairs

Ledger and entity pairs are created when a basis is defined with ledgers and entities. Run this action to rebuild relations between ledgers and accounting entities. For example, if you removed the setup for finance structure relations, then you can create a new structure relation with the original description. The relations are rebuilt when you run this utility.
