Deleting budget edit batch records

When this budget edit batch is enabled for all transactions, the records that are created when a transaction is released can be large. We recommend that records are purged regularly. When this process is enabled, the records for budget edit batch are deleted after budget editing is complete. When this process is not enabled, budget edit batch records are retained in the system and the completion time is tracked. This option is available if budget edit batch processing is enabled.

Alternatively, you can schedule the purge of completed budget edit batch records or manually run the Prune Completed Edits action.

  1. Select Budgeting > Budget Edit Configuration.
  2. Open a record.
    Auto Prune Completed Budget Edit Batch Records
    Select this check box.
  3. Click Save.
