If changes are created to a processed
recurring journal entry, then it can be unprocessed, modified, and then journalized
again. A recurring journal entry can only be unprocessed if it is not an auto zero
recurring journal entry. A recurring journal entry can be unprocessed for the current
period or any prior period open for backposting.

select the recurring journal entry to unprocess.

Schedule, select the current period or prior period to
adjust.
Prior periods must be open for backposting before you can
unprocess the recurring journal entry for that period.

Schedule, select .
A released journal entry is created with the amounts reversed
to zero out the original journalize action of the recurring journal entry. The
Period Processed
value is updated to No.

the recurring journal entry status is Released, select .
