Creating a billing schedule

Select the Subleases tab.

Select a sublease record.

On the Billing Schedule tab, click
Create and specify this
information:
- Invoice Date
- Select the Invoice Date for the payment.
- Non Lease Component
- If the payment line is for a non-lease component payment,
then select a non-lease component that is assigned to the
sublease.
- Payment Amount
- Specify the payment amount.
- Description
- Specify the description for the payment.

Click the Tax tab and specify this
information:
- Taxable
- Select this check box if this payment is taxable.
- Tax Code
- Select a tax code for this payment.
- Taxable Amount
- Specify the taxable amount on this payment. The payment
amount is specified as the default if this amount is not
specified.
- Or Percent
- Optionally, specify the percent of the taxable payment
amount. This percentage is used to compute tax amounts and may not
be known until invoice time.
- Tax Usage Code
- Select the tax usage code for this payment. The value is
the default from the vendor or vendor location that is attached to
the sublease.
- Landed Tax
- If the Tax Code is Landed, the Landed tax amount is
calculated from the Taxable Amount or the Taxable Percentage of the
Payment Amount.
- Total Tax Amount
- Specify the total tax amount.
- Total Payment Amount
- Specify the total payment amount.

Click Save to move the status of
the sublease to unreleased.
