Lease close and terminate

A lease can be closed after all lease payments are invoiced and posted. A lease can be terminated before the scheduled end date occurs and before all of the lease payments are invoiced and posted.

A lease can be terminated if it was set up with a termination option. Terminating a lease does not affect period closing.
