Other procedures related to lease addition

You must add the lease before you can associate it with assets or a payment schedule.

From Lease Addition and Adjustments, you can initiate these tasks:

Task	Procedure
Ignoring the classification test	The Override option is available in the Options tab.
Attaching leased assets to the lease	Click Assets to access Asset or Create Asset From Template. This process is a required procedure for long-term operating leases and finance leases. You can also use this procedure to keep an inventory of short-term operating leases in Asset Accounting.
Attaching a payment schedule to a lease	Click Payment Schedule to access Payment Schedule Composite.
