Calculating supply charge prices

When you calculate supply charge prices, these functions occur:

  • Prices for all patient charge items with a price class are calculated
  • Patient charge item records are updated
  • The Charge Item Price list is printed
  1. Select Other Modules.
  2. On the Patient Charges tab, click the Charge Price Calculation link.
  3. Specify this information:
    Company
    Select a company.
    Revenue Center
    Select a revenue center.
    Target Location
    Select a location.
    Option
    Select one of these processing modes:
    • Select Report to calculate and report, but not update prices.
    • Select Update to recalculate prices for all patient charge items with a price class and to update patient charge records.
    • Select List to generate a price list.
    List Date
    If you selected List in the Option field, select a date to generate the price list.
  4. Click Submit.
